We redesigned the internal communications organ in order to increase its practical usefulness and flexibility. To this end "Avon Magazine" was born, Avon Italia's multimedia house organ. The magazine is the essential information exchange and community aggregator for Avon employees and local area managers. Over and above the design and technical management of this online property, Meroni has editorial responsibility for the magazine's content.
